Jasper
with Pastel Tourmalines
This is very much like the jasper necklace
titled; My New Favorite Jasper Necklace.
I guess you could say “I knocked myself
off.” It just has less of the same stuff
and the pearls are a different color—not
as pricey so this is almost the same look
for a fraction of the cost. It is strung
to 17” on a durable (coated stainless steel)
wire.
$265.

Amazing
It is amazing how much this natural Australian
boulder opal looks like this hand made glass
bead by my friend, Lisa Joy Sachs. Together,
they are a smashing look-unlike any other
jewelry I've seen. I love to mix materials
and come up with unexpected looks. The collaborations
I do with Lisa Joy Sachs makes the unexpected
easy. This wonderful pendant is made with
22k and 14k gold. It is a one-of-a-kind
strung with amethyst facetted roundels and
micro-facetted sapphires in calming colors
that accent all of the colors in the opal
and the glass.
$895.

Jasper & Baguette
Cut Tourmaline Necklace
This piece is similar to the last one but
the tourmalines are fancy baguette cuts
and I have added facetted andalusites in
the back. The light green beads in front
are green aquamarines! Both sides are equally
beautiful! This piece has 14k gold ball
accents and an 18k gold lobster claw clasp.
It is strung to 18.75 inches.

These are so very beautiful. The trillion
garnets are set in 22k gold bezels. The
bright pink tourmalines are set in 14k gold.
There is a white pearl accent. Making this
pair of earring was truly gratifying. Every
year I make a 2008 Valentine's Day Necklace.

14k
Gold Lily Pad Earrings-Pink Tourmalines with
Yellow Sapphire Accents
The Lily Pad style is a staple of the Aragona
Designs jewelry collection. This pair is
14k gold with beautiful 6.5mm pink tourmalines
and 4mm yellow sapphire accents. The Lily
Pad necklace coordinates with this pair
of earrings. |

I should mention that there
is a slight difference in the cuts of the
two pink tourmaline stones, though the color
is a perfect match. When I made the necklace
and earring suite, I intended to use the two
checkerboard brilliant cuts in the pair of
earrings and the regular brilliant cut in
the lily pad necklace. The difference is so
subtle that I mixed them up, and ended up
with one checkerboard brilliant and one brilliant
in the earrings. Not noticeable enough to
remove the stones and reset them, but noteworthy
nonetheless.
$695.
